As Chief Experience Officer of Watershed School, an independent school in Boulder, CO, Mishel surveyed the unique experiences of every stakeholder from student, to parent, to board member, to teachers. Listening to the experiences of these stakeholders helped her understand how each of their needs were being met, and where there were gaps to fill.
She says, “I wanted to be sure the teachers were having the best experience that they could have. Because it makes a huge difference in how they go out into the world and talk about the school.”
